We download your last 200 finished public games (standard chess) through the official public APIs of Lichess or Chess.com. Stockfish, the open-source chess engine, evaluates every position. Our code compares each of your moves with the engine's best move and measures how much your winning chances dropped, the same way Lichess grades inaccuracies, mistakes and blunders. Then it groups your errors by opening, game phase, clock and pattern.

It reads the numbers our code computed, picks the three weaknesses that cost you the most, explains them in plain English and writes your 30-day plan. It does not see the boards and does not invent figures: every number printed in the report comes from the engine analysis.

Yes. When you enter your username on the order page, we fetch your recent games and show you how many we found and one or two facts from your results, for free. You only pay once you know your account can be analyzed.

Usually about 10 to 20 minutes, mostly for the engine to go through 200 games. You get an email with your files, and they also appear on your order page.

Positions from your own games where you played a move that lost a lot and a clearly better move existed. Each one is checked again with a deeper Stockfish search so that the solution is clear. You get them in the PDF with solutions at the end, and as a PGN file you can import into a Lichess study to play them on a real board.

We cannot promise that, and nobody honestly can. The report shows where your points are going and the plan is built to fix exactly that. How much you gain depends on how much you train and play.

Report is one player, 50 exercises and a 30-day plan. Progress adds 50 more exercises and a second report 30 days later, on your new games, with a before and after comparison. Club pack is five reports for five players, for a club, a coach or a chess school.

No. We only read your public games, the same ones anyone can see on your profile. We never connect to your account.

We keep your email, your order and your username. Your report files are deleted 30 days after delivery (35 days for Progress, which needs the first report for the comparison). Only your username and statistics from your public games are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the report.

Because the report starts right after payment, you are asked to waive the withdrawal period at checkout. If the analysis fails or a file is missing, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
